Add1. Service

Provider will move Customer’s designated trash and/or recycling bins from the agreed storage location to the curb before municipal pickup and, if included in the Customer’s selected plan, return bins after municipal collection on scheduled service days.

Service is performed in coordination with municipal collection schedules and begins on the next available service date unless otherwise communicated.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees that:

Bins will be accessible at the time of service (unlocked gates, provided access codes, clear paths).
Paths will be kept reasonably free of hazards, including snow, ice, debris, pets, or obstructions.
Bins will comply with municipal rules, including weight limits, accepted materials, and secured lids.
Bins will be in usable condition and not excessively heavy or damaged.

If bins are inaccessible, unsafe, noncompliant, or otherwise not serviceable, Provider may skip service for that day without refund.

3. Weather, Delays, and Missed Pickup

Service may be delayed or skipped due to unsafe weather or site conditions, including snow, ice, flooding, heavy rain, or other hazards.

Provider is not responsible for missed municipal pickups, delayed service caused by weather or access conditions, or schedule changes made by the city or waste provider.

3.1 Service Timing, Communications & Pricing Notice

Service is typically performed the evening before or early morning of the scheduled municipal pickup day, with return service occurring the same day after municipal collection, where included in the Customer’s selected plan. Exact service timing may vary due to municipal pickup timing, traffic conditions, route volume, weather, or other operational factors. Specific service times are not guaranteed.

Provider may communicate with Customer via text message, email, phone call, or app notification regarding service status, access issues, documentation, scheduling changes, or billing notices. Customer is responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information.

Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in service conditions, operational requirements, or scope of service. Any pricing updates for existing customers will be provided with reasonable advance notice, which will not be less than thirty (30) days, unless a shorter notice period is required or permitted by law or necessitated by a material change in site conditions.

4. Fees and Billing (Automatic Payments Required)

Service is provided on a recurring monthly basis and billed automatically in advance according to the selected service plan and any applicable add-ons or adjustments. Service is month-to-month. No refunds or prorations are provided for partial months. Customer may cancel service with at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the next billing date. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

Automatic monthly payment (autopay) is required. Customer must maintain a valid payment method on file at all times.

5. Customer-Provided Pickup Information

Customer is responsible for providing accurate municipal trash and recycling pickup information (pickup day(s), frequency, and any schedule changes). Provider schedules service based on Customer-provided data and observed conditions. Customer must notify Provider promptly if pickup information changes. Provider is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from inaccurate or outdated Customer-provided schedule information.

6. Pricing Evaluation & Adjustments

Pricing is determined based on operational effort, site layout, access conditions, and coordination requirements. Adjustments reflect additional labor, time, or administrative complexity and are evaluated during service assessment.

6.1 Extended Carry Distance Adjustment

Carry distance is evaluated based on the approximate distance between bin storage locations and the designated collection point, as well as site layout and handling complexity. Distance ranges are guidelines only, not exact measurements:

Small: 0–30 feet
Medium: 30–75 feet
Long: 75+ feet

Obstacles, elevation changes, restricted paths, or indirect routes may result in a higher tier regardless of distance.

6.2 Access Complexity Modifier

Access complexity reflects additional coordination, predictability, and operational friction required due to site access conditions. This modifier is evaluated independently of carry distance and applied after flat adjustments:

Normal Access: 1.0× (open, predictable access)
Moderate Access: 1.2× (gated, time-restricted, or minor coordination required)
Complex Access: 1.4× (guarded, escorted, restricted, or unpredictable access)

7. Gated, Restricted, and Coordinated Access

Properties requiring key fobs, access codes, escorts, limited service windows, or third-party coordination may incur additional adjustments. Customer is responsible for ensuring reliable access. Provider is not responsible for missed service due to denied, delayed, or restricted access.

8. Recycling Coordination

Properties with multiple recycling streams, non-standard schedules, or special handling requirements may require additional coordination and pricing adjustments based on operational complexity.

9. On-Call & Priority Coordination

Requests for unscheduled service, priority response, or on-call coordination outside standard routing may require additional adjustments. On-call coordination does not guarantee immediate service and is subject to availability.

10. Photos and Notifications (If Selected)

If Customer selects Photo Confirmation and/or Notifications, Provider may take time-stamped service photos and send text messages or emails for verification, service confirmation, quality control, and record-keeping purposes.

11. Bin Condition, Minor Repairs & Property Protection

Provider is not responsible for damaged or defective bins, stolen bins, damage caused by overfilled or noncompliant bins, or damage caused by factors outside Provider’s reasonable control.

Minor Repairs (Optional / Limited): At Customer’s request (or when reasonably necessary to complete service), Provider may perform limited, minor bin adjustments such as wheel re-seating, tightening/reattaching loose wheel hardware, or minor alignment of a wheel assembly, when practical and safe. Minor repairs are not guaranteed, may be declined at Provider’s discretion, and may be billed as an add-on if offered. Provider does not perform structural repairs, welding, major axle replacement, or work requiring specialty parts. Customer remains responsible for bin condition and replacement when bins are unsafe or not serviceable. Provider may skip service if a bin is unsafe to move.

12. Authorization to Enter Property and Busy Street Protocol

Customer authorizes Provider to access the property only as reasonably necessary to perform the service along the agreed and safe path.

Busy Street / Temporary Driveway Parking: When street conditions, traffic, visibility, or safety concerns require it, Customer authorizes Provider to temporarily pull into the driveway (or the safest available on-site space) solely long enough to complete bin placement or return. Any driveway use is brief, for service purposes only, and Provider will use reasonable care to avoid damage.

13. Change in Conditions

If site conditions change after service initiation—including bin relocation, construction, access changes, storage layout modifications, or municipal rule changes—Provider reserves the right to reassess pricing and apply updated adjustments, with notice provided prior to the next billing cycle.

14. Documentation & Evaluation Authority

All service evaluations, observations, photos, and determinations are documented internally. Provider retains sole authority to classify carry distance, access complexity, and applicable adjustments based on observed conditions.

15. Limited Liability

Provider’s liability, if any, is limited to the most recent month’s service fees, to the extent permitted by law. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Electronic Acceptance

Customer acknowledges and agrees that enrollment via online sign-up, electronic form submission, phone authorization, or written authorization constitutes acceptance of this Agreement as of the date services are initiated. A physical signature is not required.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior proposals, drafts, or representations. Any modification must be made in writing. text here
